Stay Active Coaching Tip: How to Stay Focused


This is how I sort things out.  
It seems ironic, but in order to “stay active,” I find that first I must “quiet my mind.”  Every morning when I wake up I find some quiet time for myself.  I do it by praying, meditating, and concentrating on breathing properly.  You can do any of the above or simply start by spending some “alone time” with your thoughts.  Spending some time in prayer and meditation helps me to organize my thoughts and gives me time to focus on priorities and what I want to accomplish that day. By “being still” I prepare myself to Stay Active!
